Biomedical Engineer
Salary: CAD $80,000–$115,000 annually
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and improve biomedical sensing technologies for ketone monitoring.
• Support the development and testing of non-invasive breath-based monitoring devices.
• Analyze sensor performance, accuracy, reliability, and sensitivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, software, and product development teams.
• Conduct laboratory testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support the integration of semiconductor sensors and related biomedical technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and product development records.
• Ensure designs and development activities meet applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant biomedical engineering or medical device experience.
• Experience with sensors, medical devices, biosensing, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of biomedical instrumentation, data analysis, and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Clinical Support Specialist
Salary: CAD $60,000–$85,000 annually
Responsibilities
• Provide clinical and technical support for Ketosense Tech Ltd’s monitoring technology.
• Support healthcare professionals and users in understanding device operation and monitoring results.
• Assist with product demonstrations, training, and clinical support activities.
• Collect and document user feedback and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with biomedical engineers, product teams, and management to improve product usability.
• Support clinical testing, validation, and product evaluation activities.
• Prepare clinical documentation, reports, and training materials.
• Maintain professional communication with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Science, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical, medical device, or healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures, health monitoring, or medical technologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical and clinical information clearly to users and healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
