He has extensive experience in AI, machine learning, supply chain optimization, and technology-driven business improvement.
He holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Equipment Operation Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Processes and Equipment from Wuhan University of Technology, China. His engineering and technology background supports EcoStrata Systems’ focus on sustainable construction and innovative pile-driving solutions.
Lei Xu
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Lei Xu serves as Chief Operations Officer of EcoStrata Systems and brings over 20 years of experience in software development, product development, operations management, and technology leadership. His expertise includes AI, IoT, software engineering, product management, and process optimization.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation Instruments from Anhui University and a Master’s degree in Computer Application Technology from the China Ship Research and Development Academy. His experience in technology operations and strategic planning supports EcoStrata Systems’ operational efficiency and integration of advanced technologies.

Mr. Hongcai Mao serves as Chief Technology Officer of EcoStrata Systems and brings extensive experience in technology, project management, R&D, telecommunications, medical technology, and construction-related solutions. He has strong expertise in technology development, product innovation, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Instrument and Measurement Technology from Jimei University, China. His technical and management experience supports the development of EcoStrata Systems’ eco-friendly pile-driving technologies and sustainable construction solutions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Power Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Beijing. Tianxiang Xiao
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Tianxiang Xiao serves as Chief Marketing Officer of EcoStrata Systems, bringing experience in marketing, recruitment, market research, data analysis, and strategic communication. He has gained professional experience through internships with Nivea and Fast Retailing, developing skills in recruitment, data analysis, and brand-related activities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Monash University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Management (Marketing) at the University of Melbourne.
